4.  When you place flyers outside your home, buyers will be able to visit Your web page because there will be a web address on your flyer.   Visitors can put that address in the address bar on the search engine, allowing them to see your home on line with all the pictures and description.  Visitors that pick up flyers in front of your home can visit on line and see details.  They can then call you and make an appointment to view the home.  This frees your time up, knowing that buyers can 'see' your home without you being there all day.
5.  You can advertise your open houses on Your web page too.
